Is your jewelry lead/nickel-free and hypoallergenic? Some of our jewelry is lead and nickel free and hypoallergenic. However, some of our items are lead and nickel compliant, which means that it has undergone laboratory testing and is compliant with regulations on the amount of lead/nickel jewelry can have. We do our best to list what our pieces consist of in the product description. Please be sure to peruse the description before purchasing.

How do I care for my jewelry? Please be sure to remove all items of jewelry before entering water and to handle and wear with care. We also suggest that you neatly store our gems in a jewelry box or pouch upon removal.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Once you have placed your order with us, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. 

What if my item arrives damaged? Please be sure to contact customer service immediately. If that gem is in stock, we will be sure to replace it. If not, you will receive a full refund or you can exchange the gem for an item with the same price value.

What forms of payment do you accept? Muse Gems accepts all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

What shipping method is available? USPS STANDARD SHIPPING only at this time. Orders ship under 5 days locally and 2-3 weeks nationwide. Please view Shipping and Handling policy before purchase.
